A Formal Affair Featured In Warrenton Lifestyle Magazine

We are pleased to announce that our very own Lisa Miller, Special Events Coordinator and Sales Consultant, has written an exciting article in the highly acclaimed Warrenton Lifestyle Magazine. The article spans 3-4 pages and focuses on three of our favorite brides. Details of their weddings, local vendors they used, and personal experiences of the brides are also featured. The article captures what it is like to have a wedding in Fauquier County and all the great wedding vendors the area has to offer. We are so excited that our brides Rebecca Dyer-Jones, Emily Underwood-Conrad, and Jennifer Tallman-Carino have been given the opportunity to be highlighted in such a special way and we thank them for their wonderful reviews of our boutique!

Here’s a few of the comments our beautiful brides made about our store in the upcoming issue:

“A Formal Affair has so many dress choices for every kind of occasion. The sales consultants are very organized and knowledgeable. They were VERY helpful, and always welcomed me with a smile. They always remembered my name! I recommend them any chance I get because of the personal touch they provide,” said Rebecca, who also purchased her bridesmaids’ yellow dresses from the local store.

“They were SO sweet. Seriously, after my wedding date passed, I was sad that I was not going to see the consultants any more! I stopped by once several months after my wedding, and they all gathered around to ask me how everything had gone. I was so touched that they remembered me, and stopped what they were doing just to say hi,” she (Emily) stated.

“The wedding here in Virginia was really our second (we had been married a few months earlier in Mexico), and I got both dresses from A Formal Affair. Everyone was very patient with my endless bouts of agonizing over details, and by the time the wedding came, I felt quite friendly with most of the staff. I love the store and love the sales consultants. I hung out there like a crazy person all the time while I was planning my two weddings!” Jennifer said.

If you are planning a wedding locally and are looking for some great vendors dedicated to making your special day perfect, look for the article in the March 2009 issue of Warrenton Lifestyle Magazine!
